Inside Out coloring pages give kids fun and emotional scenes to color, featuring Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust. These pages show each emotion with their bright expressions and unique personalities, as they work together inside the mind of a young girl named Riley.

Inside Out is a story about how feelings work together in our minds. Riley is a girl who moves to a new city, and her emotions try to help her adjust. Each emotion has a special job, Joy helps Riley stay happy, Sadness helps her share her true feelings, Anger stands up for her, Fear keeps her safe, and Disgust protects her from gross stuff.

These coloring pages show the emotions in Rileyโ€™s mind headquarters, playing with memory orbs, exploring imagination land, and working through changes. With colorful designs and big expressions, every page gives kids a chance to learn about emotions while having fun.

Meet the Emotions Inside Rileyโ€™s Mind ๐ŸŽญ

  • Joy is the brightest and happiest emotion. She has blue hair, wears a green dress, and always wants Riley to smile. She jumps, dances, and spreads cheer wherever she goes. She tries to keep things positive, even when things are tough.
  • Sadness has blue hair, wears a cozy sweater, and walks slowly. She feels deeply and helps Riley express her true emotions. Though others donโ€™t always understand her, she plays an important role in helping Riley when she feels alone or hurt.
  • Anger is red, wears a tie, and has fire that shoots out of his head when he gets mad. He wants things to be fair and helps Riley speak up when something isnโ€™t right. His bold look and strong face are fun to color with deep reds and flames.
  • Fear is tall and skinny with a bow tie. Heโ€™s always worried about danger and tries to keep Riley out of trouble. He jumps and hides a lot, but he cares about keeping her safe.
  • Disgust wears green, has stylish hair, and crosses her arms a lot. She helps Riley avoid gross food and weird situations. Sheโ€™s smart, sassy, and protective, and her outfit is full of swirls and patterns that are fun to color.

Rileyโ€™s World and Her Mind Headquarters ๐Ÿง ๐ŸŒˆ

The emotions all live inside Rileyโ€™s mind in a colorful place called Headquarters. Itโ€™s filled with glowing memory orbs, control panels, and bright pathways. Each orb holds a memoryโ€”happy, sad, funny, or scary.

Outside of Headquarters, there are fun places like Imagination Land, Dream Productions, and the Train of Thought. These places are filled with color, silly ideas, and wild designs. Kids can color clouds shaped like animals, candy trees, or floating islands.

Rileyโ€™s emotions work hard to guide her during school, family dinners, and new experiences. As she grows and faces big feelings, her mind becomes more complex, and her emotions start working as a team.

Try These Inside Out Crafts and Activities โœ‚๏ธ

After coloring, kids can make their own emotion masks. Draw the faces of Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust on paper plates. Cut eye holes and use string to wear them. They can act out scenes or talk about their feelings.

Another idea is to create emotion orbs using colored paper. Draw a circle for each feelingโ€”yellow for Joy, blue for Sadness, red for Anger, purple for Fear, and green for Disgust. Inside each circle, write or draw something that made you feel that way.

Kids can also create their own emotion character. What would their new emotion look like? Would it be silly, curious, or calm? Draw it, name it, and add it to the Inside Out team.
